During our work together, it is important that you have a place where you feel heard, empowered, and supported to try new ways of thinking and coping with whatever life decides to throw your way.
Together, we will find ways to help you work through your concerns and ultimately, enhance your personal growth and well-being. During our sessions, we will build new skills, adapt our mindsets, as well as use your existing strengths and wisdom to help you move forward.

Bridging 17+ years experience in mental health care, I work collaboratively with the clients I serve. Walking beside you, I help you navigate through life’s challenges & changes, adapting & accepting, and building healthier relationships with yourself and others along the way.
With a lifetime of living with a limb difference, I bring a valuable approach for our limb difference and greater disability community. Living with a limb difference is a unique experience that comes with its own challenges and strengths, too. We often find support in health care related to supporting our function (like having prosthetics, adapting our homes, and how we navigate our daily life) but too often, mental health is left out of the conversation and bigger picture. That’s why I created Able Mental Health to help address this gap in our care and support our shared limb difference community.
Let’s build on your own strengths & experiences. I’ll weave in my clinical skills and training with a hint of sass and humour – and together, we will make meaningful changes in your life.
