Initial Welcome Call (20 minutes) FREE
Meeting virtually through our secure online platform, each new client will receive a complimentary Welcome Call that serves as our “Meet & Greet”. Together, we will explore your therapy needs, answer any questions you may have, and decide if working together feels right for you.
Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy (60 minutes) $155
A 1 hour session dedicated to supporting you and what’s most important to you. This includes: A biopsychosocial assessment, developing treatment goals, learning new skills and adaptive mindsets, and processing your experiences to help make positive, meaningful changes in your life.
Small Group Therapy (60-90 minutes) $89 +
Skills-focused with a goal to increase social connection, group therapy is a wonderful, cost-effective option for your mental health care. Through a therapist-led, supportive environment, join fellow Able Mental Health clients as we develop new skills, adapt our mindsets, and even have some fun along the way. This is a great way to keep connected in today’s increasingly isolating world while also working towards or maintaining your mental health goals.
Equity Program & Sliding Scale Options $25 – $145
We offer limited sponsored and lower cost options for clients who are experiencing significant financial barriers and who do not have access to health benefits coverage. Clients are assessed on an individual, case-by-case basis during your free Welcome Call.
Clinical Supervision for Social Workers (60 minutes) $155
Geriatric Mental Health
Join Jocelyn, an award-winning gerontologist, with clinical supervision where we will build upon your clinical skills, confidence, and competency in working with older adults, people living with neurocognitive disabilities (MCI, Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy Body dementia, Parkinson’s disease, etc.), as well as supporting care partners/caregivers (spouses, adult children, young carers). Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, serving long term care, hospital and community sectors,as well as her background as a dementia care educator having helped train health care staff and care partners across North America.
Disabled Social Workers/Social Workers Living with Disabilities
Being a clinician with a disability comes with its own unique experiences. Join Jocelyn, a proudly disabled social worker, as we support your professional identity and growth. Together, we will develop your clinical skills and competency, navigate issues related to ableism and advocacy, as well as learn new strategies and adaptive technology options for your clinical practice. Feel confident knowing your clinical supervisor has walked a similar path and is here to support your accessibility needs as a clinician.
Clients will receive a receipt, along with the clinician’s applicable social work license numbers included, after each paid session to submit to their extended health insurance plans and/or for tax filing purposes.
Services are provided by Registered Social Workers (RSW) who have a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW). Social Work (MSW-level) and Psychotherapy/Counselling services are covered by most extended health insurance plans. Please check with your provider and/or reach out if you have any questions.
